Stefano has experience in all forms of commercial law and is widely regarded as a market leader in corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring.
Stefano’s most noteworthy professional attributes are his determination and drive to succeed. His loyal clients view him as their business partner, as well as their trusted adviser.
Stefano and his team act for corporations, lenders, insolvency practitioners, company directors and shareholders in all forms of commercial disputes and restructuring and insolvency administrations.
Stefano previously spent several years co-leading a national Australian firm’s Sydney insolvency and restructuring practice. Stefano’s other private practice experience includes several years working in other well-known Sydney firms where he gained further valuable experience in litigation and competition and consumer law.
Stefano has also held a high-ranking position at the New South Wales Attorney General’s Office, where he acted as a Deputy Registrar at the Supreme Court of New South Wales and acquired a unique and invaluable insight into court process.
