Ruby has completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts majoring in Communications at the University of Technology Sydney.  Her previous legal experience includes working in the in-house legal department for a large Australian fintech. She brings this in-house knowledge to her work at Emerson Lewis as it has shaped her ability to analyse legal issues from a commercial as well as legal perspective.  Ruby is well experienced in drafting transactional legal agreements and have successfully assisted clients in a broad range of contractual matters. She also has experience in debt recovery and litigation, specialising in insurance disputes.
